CONCIERGE PHYSICAL THERAPY:

Our therapists are well versed in treating clients in the privacy of their home or work. By assessing the client’s environment, we are able to evaluate deficits in a client’s movement patterns and ergonomics, give recommendations on their home environment safety and fall precautions, and utilize equipment to build a mini-gym for increased exercise compliance. Working at home with clients has the added benefit of increased comfort, increased compliance and improved patient-centered care. 

TELE-HEALTH:

We can now connect with clients across CA via virtual visits. We are able to asses and treat you, as well as, monitor your progress via a live video call using your smart phone, computer, or tablet. Contact us today to schedule a virtual visit.

INSURANCE COVERAGE:

We are currently only contracted with Medicare. However, most insurance plans include out of network benefits for physical therapy services, making it an affordable option. We are happy to answer your questions regarding payment options.
